Prepare Your Steam: Access a vaginal steamer. Combine 1 heaping tablespoon of herb blend with 1/4 cup of water in your steamer. Turn your steamer to recommended settings. Squat over steamer and cover waist down with sheet or blanket to contain steam for 20 - 30 minutes.
